Board of Commissioners
The Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy (CCGP) is seeking nominations for one Pharmacist Commissioner member of the Board of Commissioners at this time. A pharmacist who works in the hospital setting is preferred for this position. The newly elected Commissioner will serve a three-year term that commences October 31, 2015.
Examination Development Committee
CCGP seeks volunteer Certified Geriatric Pharmacists for appointment to the Examination Development Committee (EDC). CCGP seeks to achieve a balance on the Committee of pharmacists in various practice settings. At this time, individuals who work in hospital settings would receive preference for consideration.
Newly elected EDC members will serve a three-year term that commences on October 31, 2015. Self-nominations are encouraged.
Ethics and Grievance Committee
CCGP is seeking a Public Member for the Ethics and Grievance Committee. This is a non-pharmacist position to provide a consumer/patient perspective to the Committee. Health professionals would generally not qualify for this position. The Public Member will serve a three-year term that commences October 31, 2015.
Pharmacists are encouraged to nominate qualified persons for this Public Member position.
